Our La Crosse WI reservation was moved 40 miles north on short notice on 2 lane Hwy. Winona MN has a U Haul center on US 61 a 4 lane Hwy much closer to our MN home. Asking us to choose from alternate locations instead of asigning a WI location would have been better

Nice place to do business very helpful people thank you
KEITH LThere were no personnel there to help with the check in process. The location was supposed to be in La Crosse, WI, and got switched to a location that was further out of the way than we were hoping to drive. It was the opposite direction of where we were headed to return home.
