There were no personnel there to help with the check in process. The location was supposed to be in La Crosse, WI, and got switched to a location that was further out of the way than we were hoping to drive. It was the opposite direction of where we were headed to return home.
DANIELLE MLove the self checkin/checkout, it does take a little time, but I understand why all steps are necessary.
Jim SKen is awesome. He shared safety tips as I hadn’t driven a truck like that. He also helped me adjust my mirrors. Great experience.
