Sammy's business ethic was exceptionally friendly and professional! He was over-the-top in his approach to customer service! He went the "extra mile" by making sure my hitch was working properly and even made some adjustments and modifications! Super thorough in hooking me up with with my rental! Will CWay over priced waited til I left to charge more
ANTHONY PDespite being out of state, contact person was very responsive, kind, and helpful. Was able to get a charge reversed quickly after returning furniture pads (mistake on my part; didn't realize they were part of the rental and needed to be returned). Was not impressed by cigarette butts all around the porch.
