Truck needed a front wheel alignment bad. Had to get a tow and paid for it in cash because I was told I had no insurance! Whick I did. Filling a claim for the return of my funds.

Becky DNo one was there for the drop off. I understand though, it was on a Sunday. They were open and left a contact number that they did answer. It is in a very country area, so I totally understand. I just wished there had been a barcode so I could have scanned it in myself.
Diane ROverall great experience, and the owner unexpectedly showed up to help us, and was very kind and thoughtful. My only negative point is that cell signal was not great, and so the app was difficult to use for check-in. I would recommend making wi-fi available from the little office building there.
