Took awhile before seeing the manager to be able to start the check in process. Overall was a great experience
SEAN AThe address for the drop off site was WAY off. It was not even on the same street. I had a late night drop off and this was not safe. I cannot answer the question about helpful staff nor if I would recommend because it is not the stores fault. Also, the drop off site was 30 MILES away. This is becoming a problem I am having with UHaul.
KEVIN JDoes not have moving essentials for lease such as hand trucks, blankets, boxes etc. Little knowledge about U-Haul. Gave inaccurate information.
