It was close to home for easy drop off.
Erica MVehicle had not been swept out in the back from previous user. No one was present at pick up and had to wait a few minutes for attendant who came to the window but didn't even turn the light on to assist. Others in the building greeted and were pleasant. The pickup location appears to be a shared space.

Richard BVery Friendly and courteous. Although I was a little upset that it took me an hour to get my car hauler, due to U haul website kept crashing. I made an appointment for pickup at 5 am and didn’t get on the road until almost an hour later. But overall the location was excellent.
