First of all, this is located in a mosque. The person that was behind the desk could not read or speak English wasted like an hour and a half of my time and then said that the trailer that you guys asked me to pick up, said that it wasn’t able to leave the area the local area. They would not put the trailer on for me and I’ve never had put on a trailer before on the onto a truck Very rude very obnoxious after dealing with these people in Trenton. I’m pretty much done with Uhaul. I spent a lot of money and I was told in writing that you would put the trailer hitch on you would attach the trailer to the truck for me no problem oh yeah there’s two guys standing there and neither one of them wanted to do Anything.

jeanne jTook a very long time to process my order due to next to no internet connection on the side of the retailer. Couldn't print my receipt as they couldn't connect to their own printer. A very basic and quick safety overview was delivered, told to read the poster on the inside of the trailer. Otherwise, it was fine. It was average in every sense. I got out eventually with my trailer.
