SETH CThe whole process took about an hour and a half. The U-Haul website was so slow so I had to wait for the people in line before me and then my whole transaction took about 30 minutes. Super frustrating and we got on the road late. The gentleman working there was very nice and apologized for the issues even though it wasn’t his fault.
Melanie MWe would have rated this location much higher if there were better lighting there at night. We brought the rental truck back after dark and it was very difficult to navigate the yard due to the absence of good lighting. It was difficult to see the place from the road and almost impossible to see the entrance gate. Other than that, the experience was a good one.
