Improve your vehicle check process. You ask questions about the equipment in the bed of the truck when returning a vehicle but don’t when checking it out. My trucks tags for the equipment weren’t secured appropriately and i didnt notice until after I returned the vehicle even though we did not use any of the products in the truck. This can just cause a lot of unjust fees and expenses
