I was originally happy that I didn't have to dive an hour to return the truck to Reno. However, when I tried to return the truck to an unmanned location, they didn't send me a code for the key lock box. I spent 30 minutes on the phone with a customer service rep (Pam who was very helpful). It was a frustrating way to end my long day of travel. It would have been better to go to Reno to deliver the truck.

Put a real drop box back up if you’re not going to staff the location during business hours I had to call CS to figure out a way to leave the keys took an extra 15minites - not very fun when you’ve been moving all day

GERARD KWe received a vehicle with a quarter tank. Left it with a half tank. Not sure if cost is accounted for but that would be the only concern. Always a nice experience from Design Bar.
