We received a vehicle with a quarter tank. Left it with a half tank. Not sure if cost is accounted for but that would be the only concern. Always a nice experience from Design Bar.

The frustrating thing was getting the confirmation calls for my emergency contacts. It took 20 minutes longer to check in than if we were to verify contacts ahead of time. I kept thinking to myself: “what if I had a 6am check in time?” Or “what if my listed contacts were in a different time zone?” I think this issue can easily be resolved by making it a part of the reservation process instead of the check in process.

Dan AThe person who was working that day lied to my face and stated that they would be both open and closed on the 4th and I must return the item on the 4th. They were closed and after I returned my item on the 4th, he stated that I did not return the item and wanted to charge and extra day. I can not stand people who openly lie to your face and say what you did you did not do. I believe he just did not like his job. That is the shame of it all.
