I was talked into this drop off location because they need the size I had. I was not told there would be noone there. I dropped the truck and trailer before my assigned time. Called the number on the invoice and left a message I was dropping everything off. Then was charged for 2 extra days. Very disappointing experience! U-haul customer service fixed it all for me.

STEPHEN OUpdate information to report it is all self-service, whoever runs it locally should answer the phone or update their contact numbers. Have the keys in the lockbox. Sweep out the trucks between use. The amount of time it took for us to figure out how to pick up the truck and call U-Haul’s main number took almost an hour which bled into our rental time.
