Jeff WThe reservation systems is really bad. I reserved a truck near my mom's house. The night before pick-up, I received a text telling me to go to a different location. That guy didn't have a truck (previous renter appeared to be a day late returning it), so he called around Tucson and found me a truck at a 3rd location. The facility you are asking me to rate was the 3rd shop. He had a truck that had been dropped off but not checked, cleaned or fueled up. But he had a truck, and he was friendly and kind. The driver's seat adjustment did not work, so I had to stuff a pillow behind my back for the 16hr drive to Houston. The reason I am not recommending this facility is because there is no fleet of trucks/trailers in case something is broken. This was not a good experience with U-Haul.
