I filled out all my information online, and when I showed up, they couldn’t find me. After several minutes with a bunch of other customers behind me in line, they gave me the keys to a truck. I went outside and finally found the truck behind the gas station blocked in by a larger truck. I finally got them to agree to give me a different truck that was not blocked in because there was no easy way to move the larger truck with all the other vehicles in the parking lot. Then I had all sorts of issues with finishing the online check-in because it was a different truck than what was showing in the system. They fixed that after the fact, but it’s still delayed me significantly. there was also no dolly, but I was charged for it, even though he said he would take off the charge. He also mentioned giving me a discount to make up for all the delay, but that didn’t happen either. I would strongly discourage anybody from renting from this location. The truck itself was fine, even without a dolly, but the rental experience was ridiculously long and frustrating.

Michael MTerrible experience. made a reservation specifically to pick up a trailer early. One and a half hour later and still unable to leave. The vendor was just saying it was stuck. could not upload a license pic with 4-5 attempts. Horrible experience I needed to have the trailer at a location by 8am and did not get there until 9:20am. David HStaff at location pickup didn't seem to know what they were doing. They couldn't get anybody's account to "approve". There was a backlog of 3 people waiting because they couldn't figure anything out to do the rental transaction. It took excessively long to get the truck and then the equipment requested ahead of time was not there for us. This was an Appliance Dolly that I was told would be available. Many other customers there during check out of the truck and the return of the truck were all voicing common dissatisfaction about all the similar problems we were having.
