The on line check out site for returning the truck after hours would not accept ANY of the photos of the fuel gauge or the odometer. Must have taken 20. Other than that, pretty decent.

Make certain that vehicles have 4 safe, reliable tires along with a clean bed upon pickup that won't attract bees. One of the tires was worn to the tread wear bar and we were planning on driving 500 miles.

Just be sure to give the exact location. You were great.

The service was great, as was the truck. Beware though, this Uhaul is INSIDE a Midas and (almost) right across the street from an actual Uhaul store - so be sure you know where you're headed!

When I pick the truck up the man at the muffler shop told me about a thorn that was stuck in the front left tire and that I should take it over to U-Haul dealership to get it repaired. I didn't feel this was my responsibility since I didn't put the thorn in the tire. The truck was extremely dirty including a can of soup that rolled out from underneath the seat as I was stepping on the brake. Also I noticed the contract was incorrect on mileage, only by one mile. Although it wasn't that big of a deal comma I did point out to the gentleman. He said he would change it. When I check the vehicle back in my ending contract had an extra mile on it again. So basically I was charged for two extra miles that I didn't put on the truck.
