Assistant at this location (female with long brunette hair working solo that shift) was AWESOME. Fast, friendly, knowlegeable and efficient.
VALERIE HWe showed up to pick up our truck, and we waited an hour and 15 minutes for the person that was behind the desk to figure out how to rent us the truck. Luckily, a manager came and figured it out, but you shouldn’t have to wait that long, especially when we did everything else online.
