When I arrived Guy was, indifferent. I talked to him but he still doing his business and not looking at me. Giving me his back when answering or telling me process to leave the truck, and asking if I fill the tank or that was my drop location. At the end he turn back and told me he will send me an email when done.

JAN OI would recommend a location that had more trailer/U-Haul options and that wasn't also a gas station. I had to wait for over 30 minutes for the gas station employee who was also the U-Haul rental employee to check everyone in the store out and lock the doors before they could help me with my trailer rental. There's nothing against the employee, I just think there should be 2 employees at this location.
Cassidy MThe Worker overcharged me when it came to renting days and miles. I requested 200 miles and he charged for 243. I only needed the van for a few hours, not two days.
