Cab and windows were filthy and the engine was down a half a quart of oil when I picked it up. Truck ran fine but the preperation was not good by the delaer.

I filled out the forms to save time when I picked up the truck and I still sat around for 45 min at pickup because the app wouldn't work properly and I had to wait for customer service to pick up the phone. Making us install an app that doesn't work is extremely frustrating. If there is another rental company close enough, I will use them next time. Uhaul self pickup used to be so much better.
