location was a local gas station where none of the equipment was maintained... windshield is so caked with bugs to barely see through it. Rearview mirror was loose I had to go to the hardware store to tighten it all the tires were 10+ pounds out of whack. And there was no one there to help with any trailer instructions… A complete mess

WILLIAM BThey were on the ball with having the reservation readily available. The entire transaction with the clerk was fast and efficient. The Uhaul app then made the process unbearable and hard to understand after. THAT experience truly sucked and UHAUL needs to clean up their action on the total app and on-line.
MICHAEL MService was sub-par, no insurance options were mentioned nor offered. Vehicle was dirty both inside and out. Dropped off at same location as pick up. Gentleman whom received the vehicle upon return was very Courteous and professional.
