keys that i needed was locked in a box, so the girl couldnt get to the vehicle i pre-ordered (the 19.95 van) so thank God her friend that used to work there was there as he was trying to open it with dw40 and a screwdriver but they couldnt so me trying to be nice asked her if i can just get the other truck that was 19.95 and she was so hesitant to even help me get it saying that it cost more not even being considerate that it is at my inconvenience we are in a situation waiting for them to try to break into their keybox and i am on borrowed time because i have to get to costco with the truck before it closes. But thank God again for her friend he told her what to do to accommodate us so we was able to get the truck ,but again she made a terrible mistake that cost me 15 dollars because when i preordered the van i didn't put safeguard on i didnt feel i needed it, but when she tranffered my information to the other truck she put safeguard on their so my order came out to 15 dollars more than i wanted it to she was suppose to just copy the same type of services over to the new truck. Terrible experience shes very unfriendly to in her head cant even say things like thank you or even sorry the whole experience felt like we were interrupting her personal time.

Daniel GIdk why but every single time I rent a truck it’s always almost empty …. I picked it up IN THE GAS STSTION… knowing I need to drive 150 miles and yet it was on barely 1/4 tank. Then trying to put back 1/4 tank of gas ? Impossible…
