If we sign up for the app access, it was cumbersome to need to go in and get a manual/physical checkout.

MONICA WThe drop site was changed after I picked up the truck to a site almost 30 miles away. The reason given was the site I selected had to many vehicles As I drove past the site I saw 2 vehicles parked there. As I am moving to a new town I don't know many people, my new neighbor could pick me up locally but not a 60.mile drive. So, it looks like you relocated a vehicle at my expense your convenience. This redulted in an Uner ride about 1/2 the truck rental and you will now probably charge me excessive milage and the fuel cost. I rented an appliance dolly seprate from the truck rental.and can't get a return receipt for it. I have called customer service but no recipted has been sent. I am sure you will ne charging me for that too. Neefless to say not happy and my Ryder experience was much better.
