CARLOS RWorst experience to date
Sabrina LI was talked into this drop off location because they need the size I had. I was not told there would be noone there. I dropped the truck and trailer before my assigned time. Called the number on the invoice and left a message I was dropping everything off. Then was charged for 2 extra days. Very disappointing experience! U-haul customer service fixed it all for me.
