I had issues with an item being added on the contract that I didn't sign uo for and I could not get anyone to help me remove it.

Customer service was nonexistent. My suggestion would be to retrain personnel or remove Jerry’s Market as a distributor.

LAWRENCE VA corner store, not a full fledged U-Haul facility. Reserved blankets were not available. Had to drive to a genuine U-Haul facility to pickup. Front of truck was covered in bugs. Store owner/person I dealt with was good.
Brice BWe had a reservation and they said we didn't. Then said my reservation was canceled. got a uhall but don't think I got the 50 miles free. That i was supposed get for the inconvenience.
