Not the best location. It was a small convenience store that "happens" to take U-Haul returns. However, it was very near to a location that we needed for business.

ALFREDO GClean the truck. It was absolutely disgusting on the inside. I spent 30 minutes just cleaning the scum off of everything. Really really gross.
Mel CDrop-off was not recorded timely or accurately. I received conflicting drop-off instructions. Had to call in and clear up the confusion. A few other issues that i dont really want to take even more time to type out. I rent frequently and will probably be looking into purchasing my own trailer as this trip became the last straw.
ROBERT HNot located in a good part of town to rent late in the evening. Rented a dolly and not on hand.
