The truck had dirty socks and a used mask in the cab. The back had dirt and trash. They were not there at the designated time for me to return the truck. And I have been billed twice. I am angry and disappointed.

Make sure you pick up BEFORE 5pm, even if the app allows you later. The business closes and you have to go through the app and it keeps re-routing you back to “please return to this location during normal business hours to pick up your vehicle.” We needed to pick up our truck at 7pm and ended up having to call customer service to handle the rental.
BETH MI waited for 30 minutes to return the van. I was told 5 minutes, 10 minutes but he didn’t show up and the gas station attendant was not helpful, saying it wasn’t her job and he would be there soon. He just changed the hours from 9 am to 9:30 and i waited until 10. No respect for other people’s time.
GUY DThe truck did what it needed to do but we had to sweep it out and there was some trash from previous users. A blown tire was fixed timely.
