TRuck dirty , dirty dirty , Inside on dashbord you can run your finger on dash and have finger full of dust, even my worker said. very old truck sometimes ( not strong) acts like stumble. don"t know how to explain, not happy

I’m always really dubious and cautious about being charged excessive fees and accused of damaging the truck even though I haven’t. Not here. I picked it up in less than 8 min and dropped it off in the same amount of time. Newer model truck and the blankets were brand new. Very happy with Javier and his service
Chris BThe clerk was kind of rude honestly. I asked simple questions and his answers are abrupt and there is an annoyed tone. I said, “OK I am back, what do I do now?” Then he said, “Picture! Take a picture of the miles and bring the dolly!” He said it as if I’m supposed to know what to do without instructions. He was informing me of what to do, but the tone needs to be helpful and kind not rude and annoyed. I would have appreciated a statement like, “Sir just take a picture of the speedometer so we can calculate the miles and also please return the dolly, thank you.”
