This location was a Chevron gas station. There were at least four people loitering around the area. It made me uncomfortable. The staff was very helpful, however.

PATRICK MThe truck had dirty socks and a used mask in the cab. The back had dirt and trash. They were not there at the designated time for me to return the truck. And I have been billed twice. I am angry and disappointed.
ANDREW DMake sure you pick up BEFORE 5pm, even if the app allows you later. The business closes and you have to go through the app and it keeps re-routing you back to “please return to this location during normal business hours to pick up your vehicle.” We needed to pick up our truck at 7pm and ended up having to call customer service to handle the rental.
