I waited for 30 minutes to return the van. I was told 5 minutes, 10 minutes but he didn’t show up and the gas station attendant was not helpful, saying it wasn’t her job and he would be there soon. He just changed the hours from 9 am to 9:30 and i waited until 10. No respect for other people’s time.

The truck did what it needed to do but we had to sweep it out and there was some trash from previous users. A blown tire was fixed timely.

Jesse WJavier was extremely fast and helpful. I was all hooked up in about five minutes. Took five minutes to do the paperwork and when I returned it it took five minutes to return it. Thank you Javier is the best.
COLLIN LThe truck smelled so BAD of cigarettes! I tried to add a neutralizer to reduce the smell but it didn't help When we had the windows up On the freeway. Also the drives side side window rattles badly when rolled up.
