Information about returning key after hours was quite vague and return box was unmarked and set away from the building, near the street, unable to find after over 20 minutes searching. Only option I could find was to put key in door between glass and plexiglass; they are now trying to charge me $600 for breaking the plexiglass. I emailed uhaul about it and got no response.
Theresa HThe app is buggy. Please allow customers to provide references, drivers license, and picture ahead of time. Also please allow customers to obtain the contract ahead of time.

EDGAR LThe vans passenger front lower running light was broken. It also had a tire pressure sensor malfunction. It was also dirty on the inside. There was nut shells in a cup/misc slot near the driver.
