Email said reservation is ready at 8am. I showed up at 8am, business was closed. Called and was told he had to leave for a tow job. He was rude. Said he’d return in 30 minutes. Showed up 90 minutes later. Luckily there was a neighboring business that allowed me to wait in their shop and stay warm.

The gentleman was very friendly and the pick up process was very easy! Using the online check in prior to arriving reduced the time for pick up.
