Melisa WThe truck had dog urin and feces in the cab. It smelled horrible, I had to put two air freshners in to somewhat kill the smell. Spoke to the manager, they offered me a discount ( a whole $13.00!). I do not recommend this place!! One employee didn't even speak English.

MCKAYLA MThe rig had wet blankets in the back. It wasn’t this place thought that was so awful. It was the usual on Kimmie Rd. I set a pick up for 3pm. Got there and no one was around. Called customer service and the gal got ahold of the guy. He said “tell her to hold on, I’m using the leaf blower”. I waited 20 mins before I called back and he still wasn’t to the office. That’s when the rep got me over to the uhaul I rated above. I was almost an hour late to meet the person I was scheduled to meet. Very frustrating.
