When I made the trailer reservation online, I selected my drop-off point for the trailer at the UHaul location in Shelton WA, about 3 miles from my home. When received my paperwork in Colville, my drop-off point had been changed to Tumwater WA, about 30 miles away. When I called the Shelton UHaul dealer, they said that they wish they could take it but would not accept the trailer. So my response is: why ask the question if you're just going to change the drop-off location to suit your preference anyway? And why, as a paying customer, am I responsible to move your trailers around? Finally, why is my personal time and the cost for fuel less valuable than yours?
