I rented from a local garage and the owner is a friend. If all vendors could be half as friendly as Luke's Mobile in Tupper Lake NY it would be the best deal in the world for U Haul. Just the attitude is priceless.

linda cI was never notified that they closed at noon. I had made my arrangements to pick up at noon but was late due to construction. Walt from the location did call but left a voicemail for me to call back, never once said they were closing. I got there and another person (I'm told his name was Griffin?) refused to help us, told me he was done for the day and leaving. I had to call U-Haul, download the app and have them send me a video of how to get the keys. The younger guy came back and again refused to even listen to anything I said. Then the girl at UHaul said she could dispatch a trailer so we would have to go without that. THANK GOD /she was wrong because we ended up needing it!! The whole pick up took well over an hour and was a giant shit show!!! I would never rent from that location again, they were rude and would t even let me talk much less try to help!! Hail should seriously rethink using that location to represent their company!!
