This location only takes cash as they don't have the necessary equipment to run a credit card. I am told that it is against U-Haul's policy to take cash so this was disturbing. It was further inconvenient as we were not told ahead of time and this made us late for our scheduled appointment.Christopher L.
this was the worst experience ever. After driving 1.5 hours to pick up the only available u-haul for our dates, the location and service were beyond poor. The location was a mess, extremely unprofessional and unwelcoming. Even though we already made an in-person reservation at a location near our house, it took nearly TWO HOURS before we were able to leave with the truck. The representative had trouble with the computer system multiple times, stopped helping us to shoot the breeze with other customers several times, and ultimately, I CALLED customer service to complete the transaction over the phone. Even after all that, he still would not give us the keys to the truck (after being told to by the customer service person on MY CELL PHONE), and we had to wait another 20 minutes for them to email the file to him (which didn't work because he couldn't access his email), and then to me. After nearly two hours, including an hour of be being on the phone, and using my cell phone/email to prove that we had paid, he finally let us take the keys and the truck. and, for the icing on the cake, we had to dig out the hand truck that we had reserved from a pile of junk covered in cords and debris. This was the most ridiculous experience I had EVER had dealing with ANY customer service industry. If we weren't desperate for a truck to be out of our house before the least was up, we would have left after the first 15 minutes. I believe we should have BEEN PAID to take the truck rather than pay $400+. Worst experience ever.Angela C.
It was a very frustrating experience. I thought I had scheduled to pick up a trailer at one location only to discover that I had to travel an additional 30 miles round trip to get the trailer. Then on Friday evening prior to my pick up the new location called and informed me that they are not open on Saturday. U-Haul then had me pick up the trailer at the next closest location which was now 90 miles round trip from my house. Then when I got to the new location they did not have the furniture pads so I had to then return to the original location and rent those. So overall it was about the worst experience one could have renting a trailer from you. Its a good thing you are the only game in town...GREGORY L.

The internal customer service was the worst customer service that I had ever received from any where. The guy processing the order had to submit the order twice and people in the store kept talking to him on personal matters which he replying that delayed him from completing my order in a timely manor. I honestly could not believe that people could behave in the way that store was operating. I would never go back there again!!
