Nathaniel GMy U-Haul reservation was 82204847 for a 26 footer. The Drivers Side Mirror had a broken arm when I picked it up. The mirror literally Fell Off in downtown Lowell while I was in the center lane of a 4 lane street. I have pictures of the stump with evidence of a glue repair that must have been temporary!
JOSEPH BTrucks cleaner. Ryan went out of his way to make sure I got the truck and key from lock box. He even answered my call/text on his days off. Will definitely tell others to use this location and talk to Ryan.
Terry EBrian was very helpful as I picked up my truck. The problems with the truck I drove were thus: the window handle on the driver's side was broken, making it difficult to roll it down. Also on the driver's side, the sun visor was broken in a way that made it dangerous to drive with the evening sun shining in my face. Otherwise, the truck was clean and it got the job done.
