My complaint is with the customer service of corporate UHaul, not with the location I picked up the uhaul truck from. If you did not know that the truck would not be available at the location for in-town rental, you should not confirm that it will be available there. I had to drive over an hour to pick up the truck and over an hour to drop it off. I will post worse reviews about uhaul.com online. Moving is already stressful and your online reservation service made it so much more stressful.
