I rented a truck and vehicle transport or trailer at the same time. I assumed I would be picking them up at the same location, this was not true, the truck was in Opalika and the trailer was in Tuskegee, I was not infomed of the until the morning due for pick up, which made for several delays and confusion. In the future this information should made to the customer at the time of rental to prepare for delays and extra drive time for the two different locations..

Renee AI was charged for an additional day because my rental was turned in one hour late. This was due to the facility being busy when I arrived. I had to wait a while before being checked in. When I called customer service, I was told that U-Haul would get back to me. They/you haven't.
