Store owner didn't have shop opened at promised time. Had to call U-Haul who then had to call the local shop owner to come his store to provide the keys to the truck. Set me 1 hour behind schedule roughly

I would have liked to have been able to leave the facility on time as when you rent a truck and pay for it for a reason. Timing is everything and my time didn’t seem to mean much. I was disappointed when I mentioned about my time but the narrative was switched to when they could get to me although the truck was there.
