Consider that people are not here to waste time. They have things scheduled according to when they're supposed to pick up a vehicle. Additionally, fraudulently taking almost double what the expenses of the journey were supposed to be plus damaging a person's date in such a way calls for some remediation. Not some under trained individual to pick up the phone and no availability to fix the issue through a supervisor.

ALLEN SThe staff were friendly and helpful. The location is tucked away on a small street and the property has almost no space for parking. It can be difficult to park a car if a customer wants to leave a car while renting a van or truck for a local move.
