The actual lead agent was on vacation but the reginal manager was there and did all the return paperwork. It was quick (once I found the location) and easy to close out the trasnsaction. Good Job!

Actually, a stand behind U-Haul’s values and customer service
Lindsey FDropped off on Wednesday, they said they had it and would send me the receipt. On Friday, they called to ask me where the trailer was. I let them know it was checked in on Wednesday, so they said great we will take care of it. On Friday PM, I was billed for an extra day because they did not check it in as promised. Called and asked the person at the location to fix it, still not fixed. Used this location many times before but now I’ll pick somewhere else.
