Another customer in front of us had been sent to this location to pick up a truck that wasn’t there. The manager did well to find a truck for the customer. The trailer I had was good but the exterior paint was peeling off. Overall good experience.
JEFFREY CTRUCK GAS TANK NOT FULL. ONLY DROVE IT 10 MILES SO DIDN'T ADD FUEL, AND CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON WHEN RETUTNING.
LEO MNo one was at the office and it was supposed to be open until 5:00 pm. It was 2:30 pm.
DELTON BWhen I picked up the truck the guys at the dealership were too busy trying to sell me a truck detail and ceramic coating that he didn't pay attention to what I wanted. I told him I wanted the truck for two days but the next morning he called me and asked what my plans were for turning in the truck before he reports it missing. He told me that I only rented it for six hours and I said that wasn't the case because I needed it for two days. He said he had another customer waiting on the truck so I brought it back by 1 pm and he was closed so I left the keys in the drop box. Maybe if he spent less time trying to sell his other business products and payed attention to what the customer is asking for there wouldn't be any mistakes.
