Alan PI tried to use the mobile app so I could pick the truck up early but after an hour and 1/2 with not getting it to work successfully and working with the online agent, I still had to go in and wait for them to open to assist with the rental. I love the concept of the app but it doesn't seem to be up to speed for regular use as of yet.
