The phone check -in is cumbersome and frustrating. A note needs to go out setting the expectations needed BEFORE checking in. Just have some one available.

JASON HThe air conditioner wasn't working and it was extremely hot and humid. The only relief from the heat we could think of was the ac. To find it not working until sometimes 10min into the drive was highly disappointing. Reached out to customer service and they wanted to send roadside but we were driving in between places. Then all the sudden it started working for a bit. Then it went out again and blew pretty much hot air. Very miserable need to get that truck looked at
