How U-Haul Reviews WorkI dropped off the truck 10:52 am , they never checked it in till after 330 after the main office must of contacted them , even with that they put in a time after 12 sometime along with 60.00 with of gas that shouldn't of been charged... Would definitely not use that location ever again
BOBBY JWe only received 7 of the 12 furniture pads I paid for
Nate TThe above comment says it all.
RANDY SThe key was not in the lockbox where it was suppose to be. Man inside did not come out and help until the very end. The woman on the phone at UHaul was very helpful and patient and stayed on the line with us until we had finished checking out the truck. Inside the location was very dirty and the restrooms were nasty. There was also another gentleman at the location who was having the same problems trying to get his truck.
