The key was not in the lockbox where it was suppose to be. Man inside did not come out and help until the very end. The woman on the phone at UHaul was very helpful and patient and stayed on the line with us until we had finished checking out the truck. Inside the location was very dirty and the restrooms were nasty. There was also another gentleman at the location who was having the same problems trying to get his truck.
