There needs to be.better standard for measuring fuel , if vehicle is parked on hill fuel Guage will differ than on flat surfaces, I was over charged do to there being a lack of policy by U-Haul for how to check fuel. All trucks should be full upon pickup, and full upon return to simplify this issue.
