Debby BMy check in process was great. I actually arrived when the location was closing. The young lady was actually locking the door when I pulled up. She, without any hesitation or attitude, opened up and checked me in. She was very pleasant and courtesy. However, check out was another story. While checking out, I checked "I don't agree with the charges" and requested for someone to call me. Well, no one called but yet my card was charged - AFTER I said I didn't agree with the charges and wanted to discuss. I will be charging back this fee, and request someone to contact me.
ASHANTI TPrevious user of the truck left the driver's area dirty. There was dried out mud on the floor. Also, the gas tank was left on empty.
