Mrs. Lena was very professional. This was my second location. The first was Pete on Hill Avenue near Lee Street. My reservation had not been returned and the owner called to make it right. She sent me to Mrs. Lena. I was upgraded to a 26 foot truck within a half hour. There’s a lot of double booking, which makes it very inconvenient for the consumer. If you can do something about that, that would be great!
