from being hung up on from multiple customer support associates to having to drive 3/4 of the way to my destination to even get a truck then being charged mileage for the extra driving now that I have to do and in the larger truck that I didn't ask for one of the worst experiences I've ever had in my life with a company.

Do not offer equipment that is not available. I schedule months in advance for a truck and ended up with a trailer. That option will not always work for people.
CHRISTOPHER HUnit was clean but had a musty odor
ROCKY BThe price was good until the final bill then they keep adding stuff on. It says rental one price but after they get done adding you actually pay double.
