Don't tell one price and charge another price I will not tell anyone to use u haul company this is second time I got screw and management did shit to correct it
Katherine LThe associate was 50 minutes late to open the location for the 9am appointments. There were 3 other customers with me; we had filled out all the information in the app and only needed to get the keys. 9am means 9am not 9:50 or 10:05. Moving is NOT an easy experience and everyone's time is valuable. I would strongly recommend to a friend that they NEVER rent a vehicle from this location.
