Lady at the counter could not help getting my truck picked up. App was down and website would not respond. Fortunately a uhal rep showed up and was able to get everything working through his ipad. He saved the day.

Wasn’t provided with the combination to the pad lock for the box roll up door. Had to make several different phone calls and finally a regional manager was able to get me the combination. I was an hour behind and had to drive back to my house which added an extra 16 miles which I was charged for. The worst experience I’ve had renting a vehicle.
