The guy didn't know how to properly hook up after chains , did not cross chains nor shorten them from dragging
Jonathan KU-Haul’s overall policies are difficult and time consuming. All the questions and pictures to be uploaded need to be streamlined and shortened.

NEAL SThis was the weirdest, most awkward experience I have ever had returning U-Haul equipment (and I have rented a LOT through the years). When I arrived, I asked the man on duty where to drop the trailer. He said, "I don't give a $#!^" and told me to call the number on the sign to check it in. I had to chock the wheels and unhook the trailer on a hill. He just stood there and watched as I struggled to keep the hitch from binding on the ball while I lifted it off. I asked if he would do a walk around inspection with me and he refused. Very strange -- very unpleasant. This place should NOT be a U-Haul rental location!!!
