Would not check in on my phone again and I would wait or go to a U-HAUL that opened early. Using the APP was a pain, would not use again.

I’m not sure why the website adds Safemove after I decline it but it really hacks me off. I asked the attendee at the rental pickup to check all the charges when I got there. Sure enough… it was added again. She told me I needed to have it. I told her that when I checked with USAA as to whether I was covered or not, she replied of course your covered. You have good insurance. Don’t by the crap car and truck rentals try and sell you. You’re spending enough on insurance already. You guys piss me off
