The person working at the storage facility was rude. There were no clear instructions where to park or leave vehicle. Was yelled at for blocking gate literally the moment I arrived. Not much space for truck return.

Clean place; no problems. Only issue was that it was unclear how to return the truck; this is a storage unit place, and I couldn't get through the gate. So I had to go in and ask what to do. That could be explained better in many ways.
