Great customer service during pick up and return. It was understood upfront regarding that I needed to return the rental truck with the same amount of gas as I picked it up and I was told what the gas gauge level was at. The return process was simple and easy and I was charged only for the mileage I drove. The truck itself was in good shape and clean inside.
Adam CDana took great care of us. She valued our time, was efficient with our process, and had us on the road post haste! This is our go-to location for our moving and storage needs!
SCOTT HI told her that I put more gas in it than it was at when I picked up. I had pictures to show her and she didn't want to see them. She had me leave before checking the truck. I then received a debit to my checking account for a gallon of gas. It was $8 and some cents. It's not about a refund of the money; it's the principle that I put more in it and was then charged. The gal in the office wasn't friendly. I would never drop off to this location again.
