I was charged for fuel. I drove 9 miles. was told to get the gas gage close and filled it with more than enough gas. When I left the truck the gage was above what was stated in the contract. Got charged for fuel. Drove the truck 9 miles. I put three gallons in it prior to returning the truck.

The U-Haul app was very difficult to use. Took 45 mins to plow through it. It should be much simpler. While the rent was $ 30 for the 6 hrs, by the time everything was added up, it ended up at over $ 105.00
Charles KThe location and customer service was good. The app didn't work well. I had to do the pre inspection a couple times because it wouldnt submit. Then to return it I didn't it 3-4 times because just giving the keys to the drop box. I had to call customer service just to return the truck.
