Merchant was not on location at time of pick up. The uhaul app interface is atrocious, complicated and frustrating. There are too many external factors that interrupt useability, lack of cell service in area, system would not accept valid photos of truck. Overall horrible experience. This was also due to a network outage on uhaul systems. Customer service was not able to offer any assistance. I expect a partial refund for inconveniences that were of no fault of my own. Thank you.

first off. th website and app was down so you could not use this to pick up the truck. the owner of the property was too busy come help even though he knew there were two people waiting. it took 2 1/2 hours before the site allowed me to get the code for the keys. after i got the keys the app did not allow to upload photos. tried doing that for an additional 1 hour. all total waited in a lot for 3 1/2 hours. Never use this site again.
JEREMY WI picked up the truck after-hours using the UHAUL app. However, the App did not work and I needed to call for remote assistance. The process of renting remotely was time consuming and unnecessarily complicated. For example, why do you require calling a "reference" when that is not something that happens if renting from the store agent? And having to take multiple pictures of truck for the return is also extraneous. Overall, I will not use the remote rental feature again.
Jim GDidn’t realize I needed to take picture of odometer and gas guage before I handed key in. Perhaps the owner of the pick up location should explain all of that before hand.
